This application is designed for the encryption and decryption of files utilizing the robust 256-bit AES algorithm. It serves as a valuable tool for fortifying your files before storing them in various online repositories such as cloud storage, Google Drive, Skydrive, Box, Dropbox, and Gmail. Moreover, it allows you to safeguard sensitive information on your Android device by rendering files indecipherable to unauthorized users.

Complementing this application is a suite of clients compatible with diverse operating systems including Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, and Java-compatible systems. For those interested, the source code for the AES Crypt algorithm along with the client software is readily accessible at AES Crypt.
